Our Head of Customer Experience and Premium Products is looking for a Coordinator to join the team and be an integral part of this growing area of business for the airport. Your role will include many differing task and priorities, but it is primarily to assist the team as they continue to enhance service quality, performance and profitability of delivered Premium Products – i.e. products being used by travelling customers. For example, the Airports premium lounge (Strata Lounge) and the Airport Concierge Service. The key functions of the role include: Coordination of Airport Concierge online bookings and customer enquiries, liaising directly with the public and business customers as required Liaison with the delivery team to ensure service related information is made available in a timely manner to ensure successful service outcomes Monthly reporting on Airport Concierge online booking platform performance including emerging trends Regular and accurate updating of online lounge processing documentation and lounge databases for reporting – online bookings, customer growth Daily monitoring of lounge customer data for accuracy and preparation of monthly lounge usage reports to support billing Management of reviews, enquiries, complaints and feedback (in conjunction with Passenger Products Executive role) Provide admin support to Head of Customer Experience To carry out this role effectively you will ideally have: An understanding of airport processes and procedures from a passenger perspective An appreciation of what constitutes ‘excellent customer service’ Sound organisation and administration skills Advanced MS Office skills Applications for this role close on 16 March 2020.
