The Hawks came to Atlanta in 1968 and since then, we have been True to Atlanta. Once you become a Team Member, you are family and we are True to You! Join us and see why we are the winner of Top Employer in Sports. In the 50 plus years in Atlanta, the Hawks made the postseason for 10 consecutive seasons from 2008–2017 and became the 2014-15 Southeast Division Champions, reaching the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time in franchise history in 2015. Under the leadership of principal owner Tony Ressler and vice chair of the board and basketball icon Grant Hill, the organization has built a culture of inclusion, diversity and innovation, all with a touch of Southern Hospitality. That continues into the community where the team builds bridges through basketball, through programs such a constructing and refurbishing public courts in metro Atlanta neighborhoods and providing scholarships to its basketball camps and clinics.
