WHAT YOU WILL DO Excellent operations of payroll Monitor and review all payroll documents (offer letter, probation contracts, labor contracts, termination decision,freelancing agreement,...) to ensure compliance to updated regulation Review monthly payroll sheet to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data Coordinate with outsourcing partner to ensure timely payment and user-centric explanation Review and prepare required reports for internal and external use to ensure usability of data Excellent delivery of customer-service Act as the main contact point to handle all related concerns Frequent review and continous improvement of process, approach, method to ensure efficiency of service Frequent review key stakeholders and deliver satisfaction survey to increase customer-centricity of service Be part of cross-functional HR projects in order to have a good grasp of how Amanotes strives to be the top talent music-tech company.
