Alasco

About Alasco

Join us now! And be part of transforming the German construction industry! Alasco reduces the cost and duration of construction projects by connecting all stakeholders through software. We digitalize the process in construction planning and execution by offering a cloud based workflow platform. The Munich-based company was founded in 2018 by three well-known internet entrepreneurs (Stylight founders Anselm Bauer, Benjamin Günther & Sebastian Schuon). We are driven by the idea to make better and cheaper real estate available to society. By improving the way of constructing, the quality of the buildings for the people who use them on a daily basis also increases. Do you want to accompany a young software company in its early stages? Do join our cause and apply now! We are a dynamic team with great ambitions in the heart of Munich. We strive to make Alasco big and share our ideas with the world. We live a culture of trust and personal responsibility. Every idea and every opinion is welcome. The personal development of our employees is close to our hearts. We support seminars and the purchase of new learning material for our employees with a yearly development budget and extra vacation days. The exchange of opinions between our employees is key. We value our joint lunches and team activities. We love and live an agile work environment, where daily stand ups and a constant information flow are part of the routine. We believe in DevOps, continuous integration (~40 builds a day) and testing (~82%). On their first day, new team members write and deploy production code. We work as a SCRUM team, with open boards and regular retros.
