Handle for all purchase orders, goods received and delivered records Schedule the order products to delivery as to minimize transportation costs while ensuring availability and customer satisfaction Ensure the ordered products and delivery products in correct specification and quantity with outsourcing suppliers Manage the stock lot control to ensure the expiry date Prepare monthly stock report and quarterly physical stock check at outsourced supplier's site. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
